Absolutely delicious French toast! Great service, great atmosphere :)
My favourite place to get breakfast! Love it here, always so friendly and the home fries are the BEST
Nice portions, fair prices, fast service. Unique homely vibe and a nice breakfast selection. The busy restaurant on a very snowy Sunday just shows how popular this restaurant is!
62 year old diner with decor to match. I had the all day breakfast for about 10 bucks. Eggs were very good but the bacon and hash browns were a bit tasteless.
This is my favorite spot for casual brunch or breakfast. Coach House is a vintage diner (+60 years old) and it's very cosy.Love their sausage and French toast! Prices are quite fair and reasonable.Quick service.Staff are very nice and friendly. Two people came dine and feel full for less than $30.They have one large TV screen in the back area that's always playing soccer matches, which is one reason that my friends like this place, too.
Had a really great time here with my son. We were here at lunch, it wasn't that busy when we were here. Staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. This is what I believe to be a family run restaurant. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone and plan on going again.
I had a simply delightful experience here at this well-run, locally-owned restaurant. It’s a narrow room, but the welcome was deep and wide. The staff were genuinely friendly and warm in their interactions. The food was exceptional in both quantity and quality (not a “greasy spoon” breakfast). I will return every opportunity I get!
Great service. Great people
Classic old school brunch place with great service. The veggie omlete is decent with enough veggie to keep you full and healthy. Great home fried potatoes. Will definitely try their house breakfast if I'm in a mood for a big breakfast next time.
Old fashioned dinner .Family run. Omelettes and turkey sandwiches. Typical Canadian food at a decent price. Additional room in back for groups. TV. Been there forever. Corner of Yonge and Wellesley ..
Coach House is my go to spot for an amazing hamburger, gravy, and fries! Amazing diner food, and very well priced! The chicken souvlaki is delicious and the best bang for your buck, very well priced!! Love it!!
Went here today for lunch. Service is slow & not that professional. Food was good but on the pricier side for Chicken souvlaki for $11.50 plus tax. Good portions. I ordered a burger to go but they didn't even put any sauce or ask about it when I ordered. The burger just came plain. Tables were a bit sticky & not thoroughly cleaned. I would go to Hero Burger or other burger place close by instead and save on tips then come here for mediocre service...
What a wonderful little spot. Great food at good prices. The breakfast is always a homerun and I would also recommend the clubhouse sandwich but really you can't go wrong with anything here. Lovely friendly and helpful staff who are always smiling. Service is friendly and fast. Personally love little spots loke this place, they remind me of a time past. Looking forward to my next visit ❤
Early to mid 60s era independently owned diner.Food is decent. Nothing fancy. Just honest cooking with nice portions and warm service. But if you choose to enter this place then that is probably what you are looking for. Popular breakfast joint with traditional bacon and egg options. Homefries are simple slices of potatoes so that makes a nice change from the usual cubes of potatoes.Decor is likely unchanged since it was opened. Again nothing fancy just honest. Staff are probably the original or at least have been there for decades. Not overbearing but nicely attentive.
This place is amazing! Been serving the people of Toronto since 1961! Amazing breakfast and sandwiches! You can get fish and Grecian food as well! The waitress even makes a great vodka Ceasar! We will be back!
I love this diner. Not a greasy spoon! Breakfast is superb. Wonderful home-fried potatoes. Delicious sausages. Crispy bacon. Great coffee. Small downtown spot with only booths. Lots of booths for two! It makes me sad to read that some people feel it needs a makeover. That would ruin the place! Wake up people! There are a lot of newer breakfast spots that will serve you a nouveau fashionable breakfast. This is an old-school diner with an interior that you just can't replicate. It is spotlessly clean and filled with charm. The food is superb!
This is my first time having breakfast at Coach House. My boyfriend had talked about on many occasions. Love the place. Just my kind of place for breakfast. A greasy spoon diner but clean and well kept. We got the super breakfast with waffles and a side order of home fries. Their orange juice is made fresh from actual oranges. Will definitely go back for future breakfasts.
Good experience. Family owned establishment. Food and environment very similar to that of their home country Greece. Good service and all-round nice experience. If you're looking for a quick bite and good service this is your place.
A regular hang out for our Sunday brunch
This small all day breakfast restaurant delivers on excellent meals. Simple and tasty. It's a very affordable place and the staff is always on point. I hadn't been there for a couple of years and was glad to revisit it. Will definitely be back sooner this time around cause nothing better to start your day with a solid filling delicious breakfast!!
